Call and SMS Block Service

Now with Mobilink’s Call & SMS Block service customers can block unwanted calls and SMS.

How To Subscribe

To subscribe to Call & SMS Block service via SMS, simply send “act ics ” to 420
To subscribe to Call & SMS Block service via IVR, simply dial 420 and follow the instructions

How To Un-subscribe

To un-subscribe ICS service, SMS “DEACT ICS” to 420
To un-subscribe to “Call & SMS Block” service via IVR, simply dial 420 and after selecting the language, opt for first option and then press 2

Charges

Prepaid
SMS: Rs.1.0 +tax per SMS
IVR: Rs. 2.0 +tax per minute
Subscription: Rs. 0.5+tax per day
Postpaid
SMS: Rs.1.0 +tax per SMS
IVR: Rs. 2.0 +tax per minute
Subscription: Rs. 14.99 +tax per month

Other Details

Total 20 numbers can be added in Black List and 20 in white list. A number added in both the lists will be counted twice

To add a number in blacklist, SMS “ADD NB ” to 420
To add a number in whitelist, SMS “ADD NW ” to 420
To delete a number from black/white List, SMS “DEL “
To inquire about a number, SMS “ENQ ” to 420

Block Last Caller:

To block the last call, SMS “LAST BLOCK” to 420

Help Command:

Simply send “Help” to 420 to get all SMS commands to use the service
