Mobilink brings “Mobilink Location Based Services”, these services can be used in a variety of contexts, such as person tracking, person finder, family tracking and sales force/asset tracking services.

  • A subscriber can only locate a friend if he/she accepts the location finding request and he/she is an active Mobilink subscriber. The recipient will receive for following command options:
    • Yes, Just this time.
    • No.
    • Always.
  • To de-activate the tracking service, recipient needs to send SMS ‘No iFind Subscriber’s MDISDN’ e.g. ‘No 923001234567′ to 5522. The successful completion of this action will result in the discontinuation of all tracking activities and thereafter the subscriber will not be able to track the recipient using iFind unless a new tracking permission request accepted.
  • The subscriber can request the location information of any Mobilink user.
  • The above mentioned charges are exclusive of taxes. 19.5% FED applies on all charges
  • iAM Near is a subscription based service.
  • Only Mobilink customers will be able to track each other using Mobilink MSISDNs using this service.
  • The service is available to both Postpaid and Prepaid numbers.
  • This service is not available on International Roaming.

Once you subscribe to this service you will get SMS alerts whenever your friends are in close proximity.

  • The above mentioned charges are exclusive of taxes. 19.5% FED applies on all charges
  • Service is available to both Postpaid and Prepaid numbers
  • The service is only available to Mobilink users. Therefore both the subscriber and his friends must be on the Mobilink network.
  • All the recipient members will receive a confirmation SMS mentioning their consent to activate ‘iBuddy’. Unless they confirm their location updates will not be sent to the service subscriber.
  • The recipient can choose 1 to allow to be tracked and 2 to decline.
  • The subscriber can remove a particular friend at any time by sending SMS ‘No Recipient MSISDN’ to 5556.
  • You can un-subscribe the service by sending ‘UNSUB’ to 5522.
  • This service is not available on International Roaming.
iFamily
The system tracks and records the locations of all family members on a predefined schedule. The track log is accessible via web interface and live tracking can also be done via SMS anytime. A total of five members can be added to the iFamily list:

Web interface

  • For online access, the subscriber can login through the following link : http://mobilinkgsm.com/family
  • At any time a subscriber can reset the web interface password by clicking on the "forgot password" button and submitting the required information.
  • Once successfully logged in, the subscriber can perform the following functions listed on the navigation panel on the left side of the navigation page.
    • Edit profile
    • Add member
    • Modify member
    • Check Location
    • Check Log
    • View Members
    • Configure timer
    • Change Password
  • In check location you can check logs to see history locations of the tracked members.
  • In Check log you will be able to check history & activity log of your account.
  • In view members, details of all the members and your current status can be viewed.
  • Using the configure timer option a subscriber can select a family member and define a schedule for their location updates.

  • The subscriber can add or delete members through SMS interface or through web interface.
  • To add a member, the subscriber is required to send add< space>MSISDN to 7073.
  • To delete a member, the subscriber is required to send NO< space>MSISDN to 7073.
  • A subscriber can track the current location of an added family member by sending SMS FIND< space>MSISDN to 9998.
  • After successful registration, subscriber will receive web interface, login & password details via SMS.
  • A subscriber can add up to five family members free of cost.
  • All recipients will receive an SMS for their consent to be tracked. Recipients will have to reply with ’1′ for Yes and ’2′ for No prior to being tracked. Once added to the list, the recipient will not be able to cancel the subscription without the approval of the family head/Master account.
  • A subscriber can unsubscribe from the service by sending ‘UNSUB’ to 7073.
  • This service is not available on International Roaming.

Service provides corporate sector to find and locate/track employees. Fleet management includes the tracking of company’s motor vehicles such as cars etc.

  • Track Employees by sending Find MSISDN to 355 or through an user friendly web interface.
  • Location of individual employees can be seen on a map.
  • Business can create multiple hierarchies to manage their accounts by groups or regions as required with separate logins. Different users with varying access levels can have different team views and visibility in to points of interest free of cost. The hierarchy of the access levels is as follows

0 (Account Holder)
In the hierarchy, account holder possesses the primary and the only charged account. The account holder will have all the rights to add, remove and modify members as well as define their tracking schedules. The account holder’s MSISDN cannot be tracked unless it is added as a member/employee.

This is the second level from the top. Members of this level will have their own domain and two sub levels (level 2 and level 3) under them. Access level 1 will have the privilege to track members in their domain and download hourly reports for their account.

User of access level 2 will only have viewing/tracking privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor level 3 members and download hourly reports.

  • Only Mobilink numbers can be traced/tracked using these services.
  • On successful subscription web interface details user Login ID and password and will be created and communicated to the customer via SMS
  • Users can add employees or perform other activities. List of employees can be added in bulk by Mobilink free of cost.
  • The location of all employees will be updated on the web portal accordingly to the set schedule.
  • The employer can also track the location of an employee through SMS by sending e.g. ‘FIND 923001234567′ to 355.
  • To terminate the service, SMS ‘UNSUB’ to the respective short code.
  • Add-on can only be enabled through main account Access Level 0 (Accountholder):
  • You can set separate schedule for different set, vehicles or individual employee on different days
  • You can set different timing schedule each day for employee(s)
  • You cannot use these features without subscription of iSalesFox or iWatch.
  • Add-on can only be subscribed against confirmation from the MSISDN of main account holder.
  • SMS confirmation is required for confirmation of subscription.
  • After Successful subscription user will have to log out and log in to their account again for the feature to be enabled on the web interface.
  • This service is not available on international roaming.
