Terms & Conditions

• SMS/Minutes and service inquiry will be charged at Rs. 0.15+Tax/Transaction
• 19.5% FED and 15% Advance Income Tax apply on all charges. 5% operational fee and 5% service fee will be applicable on all recharges through Mobilink load and Scratch Card
• Call Setup fee of Rs 0.10 + Tax will be charged on the first pulse of each call including the offer calls
• Minutes are for calls to Mobilink only and SMS are for all networks across Pakistan
• SMS Bundles do not include International SMS
• SMS Plus cannot be subscribed multiple times however; all other bundle offers can be subscribed multiple times.
• In case of Package switching, the incentive will remain intact but user cannot re-subscribe if offer bundle is not available on the converted package.
• User can subscribe to different bundle offers at the same time.
• Free SMS under bundle offer cannot be used for sending messages to short codes/VAS services.
• There are no charges for un-subscription
• In case the balance is less than the required fee, then user will be unsubscribed from the offer and SMS notification would be sent to you.
